The DEPS service center team consists of highly qualified engineers with many years of experience, and reliable partnerships with manufacturing companies allow our company to provide customers with a wide range of equipment maintenance and repair services.
Thanks to the concluded contracts with equipment manufacturers, DEPS has direct access to original spare parts, which allows for high-quality and quick repair of equipment.
If the nature of the damage does not allow for repairs in Ukraine, we have the opportunity to send the equipment directly to the manufacturer.
The service center performs the following types of work:
- Troubleshooting
- Warranty and post-warranty service, repair:
- welding machines for fiber optics (Coringer, Fujikura, Inno Instrument, Fitel, etc.);
- optical fiber cleavers (Coringer, Fujikura, Inno Instrument, ILSINTECH, etc.);
- equipment for measuring in optical networks, KTV, Ethernet (reflectometers, laser radiation sources, optical power meters, multifunctional measuring instruments, twisted pair testers);
- cable TV equipment (optical receivers, amplifiers, modulators, equipment for headend stations);
- telecommunication equipment for IPTV, OTT, VoD, PON (encoders and transcoders, Ethernet switches, IPTV consoles, hubs, media converters, ONU subscriber equipment, etc.);
- Wi-Fi equipment (wireless point controllers, access points, routers, routers);
- equipment for video surveillance (video cameras, video recorders,)
- Technical advice on the maintenance of equipment.
