DEPS company was founded in 1991 when the telecommunications market in Ukraine was still formed. From the first days of its work, the company has established itself as a reliable partner which not only qualitatively does his job, but also introduces advanced technological solutions in the market. In the first year of its operation, the company developed and launched into production the country’s first satellite tuner.
The next eight years, from 1992 to 2000 — was the period of active development of DEPS. The company entered into distribution agreements with international manufacturers of telecommunications equipment, such as Terra Electronics, Strong, Motorola, CommScope, Triax, MTI, Teleste, Draka, Cabelcon, Tyco.
Since 2000, DEPS started to supply cables under its own TM FinMark. During this period, the company expands its distribution and integration of telecommunication solutions in CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Belarus).
From 2000 to 2011, DEPS continues growing rapidly , adding to its portfolio of global brands such vendors as Arris, Compunicate, Anevia, BridgeTech, Appear TV, RGB Networks, Envivio, Verimatrix, PBI, Utstarcom, Force10 (Dell), Yokogawa, Fujikura, FiberHome.
In this period the regional branch offices in the largest cities of Ukraine: Kharkiv (2005) , Lviv (2007), Odessa (2009) and Donetsk (2011) were opened.
However DEPS did not limit its work in Ukraine only, and started promoting advanced telecommunications solutions abroad, in the CIS countries, the European Union and in the Middle and Far East countries
In 2012 DEPS was awarded the status- title of «Enterprise of the Year 2012» as one of the best companies in the profiling industry. At the same time, the company was filed in the register of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a reliable business partner both in Ukraine and abroad.
