Optical laser emitter MULTITEST MT3108 for two wavelengths (1310 and 1550 nm) is designed to supply optical radiation into fiber at testing of optical lines, loss measurement in optical fiber and other passive optical devices.


MULTITEST MT3108 has a function of signal generation for automatic determination of radiation wavelength by means of the optical power meter.

Auto-detection of wavelength allows the meter to automatically detect and measure the wavelength, supplied into fiber by the emitter MULTITEST MT3108. The subsequent shift of the wavelength at the source will cause automatic switching of the measured wavelength at the meter (for this function activation, emitter MULTITEST MT3108 shall work together with the meter MULTITEST МТ1116С).
