Optical reflectometer Yokogawa AQ7275

Yokogawa Company develops the modern range of optical reflectometers of series AQ7270, and presents a new optical reflectometer for fiber-optical communication line of a megacity, optical SCS, and FTTx networks. The advanced stability of laser source enables measurements in PON-networks on splitters with a large number of branches – up to 32; and use of an optical connector APC with angular polish allows application of the reflectometer in the cable TV networks.

The new reflectometer incorporated all the best features of previous models: availability for service in field conditions, speed and accuracy of measurement, easy operation and high level of comfort for any user.
Wide range of inline options eliminates the need for carrying a lot of extra equipment.

AQ7275 is russified and supplied with the User Manual in English.

Main differences of reflectometer AQ7275 from series AQ7270:

  • Much better stability of the laser source of optical port of reflectometer allows measurements in PON-networks on splitters with a great number of branches (up to 1х32).
  • Stabilization of the built-in laser source enables not only identification of optical fiber in a coupling or cross, but also measurement of optical loss in the line.
  • Reflectometric modules Yokogawa AQ7275 include units with two or tree wavelengths to measure parameters of fiber-optics communication line with SM optical fiber and four-wave hybrid unit SM/MM. Operating wavelengths can be 1310, 1550 and 1650 nm, in case of a hybrid unit SM/MM – 850, 1300, 1310 and 1550 nm;
  • More time of self-sustained operation from a standard accumulator battery.
